* Madina is a beautiful, quiet, and virgin city in KSA. It has good geographical nature with a vast flat land covered by palm trees. People there are very kind, especially, for buying and selling.
* If you visit Madinah through the Motawef bureau, register there first, get his contacts, then move to Almasjed Alnabawi.

Residence
It's very easy to find a suitable residence in Madinah. When you reach Almasjed Alnabawi, move to King Fahd gate, turn around, you will find 2-5 stars hotels facing this gate. From there, move again about 300 to 500m you will find a tolerable cheap hotels on the left hand side managed by some Pakistanian and Indian people.
For example, we were able to find a good hotel called "Daar Ala'nsar", managed by an indian man. The hotel has small elevator, small conditioned rooms, and satisifiable bathroom. Each room has 4 beds 25 RS each for one night (100RS total). However, usually these hotels are unoccupied so you can reach a good deal if you would like to book a complete room.

Leaving Madinah
* Before leaving Madinah by 12 hours (enough time), contact the Motawef and inform him about your destination (Makkah or Jeddah ), then move to the bureau in time to take the bus from there.
* IF you visit Madinah after Makkah and you already have your passport (especial case). Then, you will move to Jeddah on your own. In this case, about 1 km from King Fahd gate, you can find a lot of vehicles available 24 hours.
NB: I successed to find a car shared with some people for 70RS each. Make sure the driver will deliver you to the right terminal in Jeddah Airport; otherwise, you can hardly find transportation between terminals there.
